เว็บไซต์ Macrumors ได้รายงานว่าขณะนี้ Mac Pro กำลังเกิดอาการของหมดขึ้นพร้อมๆ กันในหลายๆ สาขาของ Apple Store โดยเมื่อทำการตรวจสอบการสั่งจองไปยัง Store สาขาต่างๆ ก็พบว่าในบางรุ่นจะไม่สามารถทำการสั่งจองได้ ซึ่งก้แสดงให้เห็นว่าของในสต๊อคสินค้าอาจจะกำลังลดลงเรื่อยๆ และ Apple ไม่พยายามที่จะเติมเข้ามาใหม่ให้เต็ม ซึ่งลักษณะดังกล่าวก็พอจะทำให้เราคาดการณ์เหมือนกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีตได้ว่า Apple อาจจะกำลังเตรียมส่ง Mac Pro รุ่นใหม่ออกมาในไม่ช้า ซึ่งก่อนหน้านี้ไม่นานก็ได้มีข่าวเกี่ยวกับ iMac ที่ทาง Apple แนะนำว่าให้ระบายของออกจากสต๊อคโดยเร็วเช่นกัน

สิ่งที่เราอยากได้ยินกันมาแล้ว เมื่อ Appleinsider รายงานว่าทาง Apple เริ่มมีการแจ้งเตือนไปยังผู้จัดจำหน่ายสินค้าของทาง Apple ให้ลดปริมาณการสต๊อค iMac ลง เพราะทาง Apple ทำลังจะเตรียมการอัพเดท iMac ในอีกไม่กี่อาทิตย์ที่จะถึงนี้

โดยแหล่งข่าววงในระบุว่า บริษัทผู้ผลิตได้แจ้งไปยังผู้จัดจำหน่ายต่างๆ ว่าอย่าสั่งเครื่อง iMac รุ่น 21.5″ 3.06GHz เพราะว่าได้ทำการหยุดผลิตไปแล้ว และยังบอกด้วยอีกว่าให้ทำการขาย iMac รุ่นปัจจุบันที่มีอยู่ให้หมดโดยให้เหลือของในสต๊อคน้อยที่สุดเท่าที่จะทำได้

ซึ่งลักษณะดังกล่าวก็ตรงกับการที่ก่อนหน้านี้เคยมีข่าวเกี่ยวกับ Mac mini ซึ่งขาดแคลนสินค้า เพราะ Apple ได้ทำการชะลอการส่งของเขาสต๊อคของผู้จัดจำหน่ายเพื่อเตรียมเปิดตัว Mac mini รุ่นใหม่นั่นเอง

และจากข้อมูลของบุคคลซึ่งใกล้ชิดกับแผนการอัพเดทเครื่องดังกล่าว ก็ได้ระบุว่า Apple ได้ทำการวางแผนที่จะอัพเดท iMac มาตั้งแต่ช่วงปลายปีที่แล้ว ซึ่งขณะนี้ทางบริษัทก็กำลังช่วยกันคิดถึงการที่จะใส่ CPU Quad Core มากกว่า 1 ตัวลงไปใน iMac รุ่นใหม่อีกด้วย

จากข้อมูลดังกล่าวก็พอจะวิเคราะห์ได้ว่า iMac รุ่นใหม่น่าจะมาพร้อม CPU Dual Core i5 และสามารถอัพเกรดไปเป็น Quad Core i5, i7 ได้ และเป็นไปได้ว่าอาจจะมีการนำเอา Core i3 มาใช้เป็นเครื่องแรกของ Apple อีกด้วย และก็รวมถึง USB 3.0 ที่เคยมีข่าวออกมาก่อนหน้านี้อีกด้วย

สวัสดีครับ วันนี้ @zantoshi จะมา Update กันตามภาษาครับ โดยการเขียน Blog ของผมจะใช้ภาษาง่ายๆ และ สรุปให้พอเข้าใจครับ.
เหมือนเดิมครับ การ Update ครั้งนี้ได้ป้องกันการ Sync กับ Product ตัวอื่นๆที่ไม่ใช้ของ Apple ครับ
และอีกอย่างนึง คือ Update มาเพื่อรองรับ Apple TV 3.0 ครับ

หลังจากที่ iTunes ได้ Update เป็น Version 9 ผมก็เห็นว่าทำไม background ของ album นั้นเป็นสีขาว
ซึ่งทำให้ Album art นั้นดูไม่เด่น แต่ตอนนี้ทาง iTunes ก็ได้ Update เป็น version 9.0.2 แล้ว และก็ได้เพิ่ม
Dark view ให้กลับมาเป็นเหมือนเดิมแล้วครับ.

เมื่อเช้านี้ Software Update ของ Apple ก็ได้เตือนให้ทำการ Update Mac OS X 10.5.8 ครับ
และถ้าใครที่ยังไม่ได้ Update ก็ควรจะ Update กันด้วยนะครับ เพื่อความเสถียรของ OS X ครับ
ส่วนของขนาดไฟล์ Update นั้น ก็อาจจะใหญ่ซักนิดนึงครับ สำหรับผู้ที่ใช้ Internet แรงก็ใช้เวลาในการ Update
ไม่นานครับ ส่วนคนที่ใช้ Internet ที่ไม่เร็ว ก็คงจะต้องรอกันสักพักครับ
ส่วนรายละเอียดของการ Update ของ 10.5.8 ก็ปรับปรุงในเรื่องของความเสถียรและแก้ไขในเรื่องความปลอดภัยครับ

สเปกของเครื่องผม คือ iMac 20" 2.66Ghz Ram 2GB DDR2 VGA 2600 PRO ครับ มีความความเสถียรมากใช้ได้ แต่คงต้องใช้ทรัพย์ยากร RAM เยอะหน่อยครับ แต่ก็คงไปได้กับโปรแกรม พวก Microsoft Office…และขณะนี้ผมก็ใช้ Vitual Machine ในการทำ Blog นี้ครับ… ทุกอย่างใช้ได้ไม่มีปัญหา ทั้ง Internet DVD Drive,และ USB 2.0 ตอนที่ผมได้เปิด VMware ตอน Start up ตอนแรกนั้นเครื่องแทบค้างเลยครับเพราะผมให้ แรมกับ VMware ไป 1 GB เพราะเครื่องผมมีอยู่แค่ 2 Gb เองครับ ส่วนหลังจากที่ Windows ได้โหลด Start up program เสร็จ เครื่องก็จะใช้งานได้ตามปกติครับ แต่การใช้โปรแกรมหนักๆ ก็จะมีอาการเครื่องหน่วงนิดๆครับ และ มันยังส่งผลมากระทบทางฝั่ง OS X ด้วย และสุดท้ายคัยที่อยากจะลองแบบผมดูบ้างหรือมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับ เรื่องนี้ก็ comment ไว้นะครับ แล้วจะมาตอบครับ...

Set up Windows Live Hotmail in Mail

In the past, you couldn't use Hotmail with the build-in Mail application in OS X (at least without third-party apps/plugins). But recently, POP3 access has become free for all Hotmail accounts, and you can now set up Hotmail in Mail; here's a little guide:
Start Mail
Go to Mail » Preferences, and click on Accounts.
Click on the plus button (lower left) to add a new account.
Type must say POP, and give the account a description.
You must fill in the following information correctly or the account will not work:
Incoming Mail Server: pop3.live.com
Username: Your Hotmail address (with @hotmail.com, @live.nl or any other @live or @hotmail extension included)
Password: Your Hotmail password
Click on Continue
Set the Outgoing Server to smtp.live.com, then click Continue, and click Continue again.
If everything was done correctly, you can now read and send Hotmail with the built-in Mail.app in OS X.
